Problem
Why don't you list deadlines on Opportunities ?

Solution
Some Opportunities don't have a deadline: a large number of our contacts are always in need of certain kinds of tracks, so those Opportunities will nearly always be listed. Naturally we check in with them on an ongoing basis to make sure their needs haven't changed.

Other Opportunities don't have deadlines because the recipient company is looking for something in particular and will still be looking until they find it !! So it would make no sense for us to set a deadline for two months away if they happened to find something next week.

The best way to view Opportunities is to submit to them straight away: there is nothing to be gained by waiting and you may miss out if it is closed before you decided to submit.
